Emerging sculptor, multimedia and ecological artist. Since graduating in Fine Art- specialising in sculpture and 3D work, Tom Mortlock-Jackson has been working within the festival industry, public art commissions and working amongst light festivals during the winter. Developing work during studies in sustainability in sculpture and installations, creating bio-active art works in addition to large scale sculptures/installations in metalwork, woodwork, found materials and light. To evolve his practice, Mortlock is currently experimenting with light and interactive elements in his work. Finding a way to create carbon negative installations using sound, light, and living systems to inspire climate hope.
